Fruit Tree Pruning
To keep fruit trees tidy and productive requires annual pruning. But if you’ve let yours slip, no worries, Alistair Malcolm will teach you about a staged approach for pruning to achieve the best results over time.
Alistair has owned a large orchard for 35 years. He is the past president of the Canterbury Fruitgrowers Association, and former chairman of the NZ Summerfruit Export Council. At this workshop, he’ll demonstrate on pear, apple and peach trees.
